[Jaunt -> Walkabout]
[Hopefully the 'Goodly Ones' have escaped the church vortex for the time being when this message comes through.]
Hello, presumably-the-walkabout, since there's enough people missing over here to point to one. This is Naoki. I can keep this line up for fifteen minutes or so, since it has others patched through.
We did end up in Questing Country - and they were expecting us, which is weird. Apparently after we all went missing at once after the Valence quest the Oracles got curious and did some digging. There's some other stuff with three timelines converging, but we're still learning about that.
Where did you guys end up? And for the people who requested this bridge on this side, is Alcuin-san available to talk?
(OOC: Another nine jauntside folks can jump in on this bridge, as two spots are already taken by Thorne and Delaunay. Let me know on plurk or by PM if you want in!)

Do you know if you are infiltrating? Or half-infiltrating, as it were, as you were in California?

But nah, it's all just me. Best I can tell... dream world thought that I liked the idea of rock brains without as much ... breakability. Or something. Best of both worlds, I dunno.

...alright. I ... can get ya a coupla bits. Whenever we can set something up. [He feels like he's kicked a puppy. ... A puppy that wanted to go all lab crazy, he reminds himself, but still.]

Feels almost silly askin' stuff like 'what did Alsion like for lunch'. Especially when his other half was Gorgon. You already brought up the 'watch your energy levels' bit.

Hm... There is one concern... Radiation. Usually hecatites absorb radiation in much the same way we drink water. They need it for healthy maintenance of their crystal and growth patterns. Brightly sunny places or those in high radiation zones such as Gehenna mean that hecatites would not require suppliments, but in Questing Country... I am not sure. Alsion usually checked his crystals once a week and used a medical radiation therapy pod at need, and I know there were small devices one could use like a flashlight to direct small amounts at point-blank range into a deficient or cracked crystal.
I don't think you should need one, but...

Worth rememberin' about anyway, yeah.

He liked to read? And spent time curled up in warm places to rest and recuperate? None of his health concerns would really apply here, I think. He had slender, nimble fingers, which meant he did a great deal of fiddly engineering work.

But seriously. Thanks for talkin' this stuff through with me. Dunno how much I'm gonna need and when, but ... well. Better to be ready than go fallin' on my ass in the middle of a big fight without knowing what it could be.

[Private, protected x2]
...perhaps it is silly, but it does make me feel better that I can be useful in some small fashion.

[Private back:]
Nah. It ain't silly. Not being able to do stuff to help ... drives me up the wall, too.
