File not found. Abort, retry, fail? [pre-Red Dirt liminal]
I have just completed an Oracular scan of which of our esteemed hosts shall be playing the latest round of their game, and the results are quite illuminating.
At a probability of 1, this liminal space was shaped by the Fool, the Chariot, Strength... and one other, whose name seemed to me like a television channel tuned to flickering snow.
At a probability of 0? All others.
This is a very interesting result, wouldn't you agree?

Three I can name, one I cannot!

...huh.

Not Fortuna, I should think. But possibly Hierophant, Sinregado, Hoshiko.
no subject
Why do you rule out Fortune?
no subject
If this is the Arcana flexing their ability to alter past events, what need do they have to restrict themselves to the current tournament? I had assumed this would be the same one.

[Which is why he's ruling out Temperance.]

Hierophant would seek to maintain a social order - and Star would bid us grasp for a miracle in the face of certain doom. If I don't miss my symbology.

The best luck is that you create for yourself. I'm sure Fortuna would agree.

[Naoto's voice is flat, but firm.]

Sinregado - Temperance - was her friend, before the events of this game made her eschew alliances.

[private, double protected]
You know you can come stay in Aiya if you want, right? [Look, he hasn't heard much from Naoto since they figured out Rise was gone, so he's going to take the opportunity where he has it.]

Would explain why they haven't brought in new Travelers either.
no subject
Possibly this is another of Fortuna's little contingencies - to even the brackets. Imagine Heirophant or Hoshiko returned by their actions. Or Fool, making his own new beginning, as he does.

This is an experiment. It must be.
...did we ever find out what they sought from Questing Country?

In my capacity as the Witch of Miracles, I applaud Fortuna's roll of the dice but think they are playing a very dangerous game.

[She's paying attention mostly because Chariot is the one to have marked her, and she's been failing at the 'moving forward' thing quite spectacularly]
no subject
And with the creatures here apparently referencing tales of time-travel, this suggests we'll, ah, go forward into the past.
no subject
So this is... an experiment for them?
[As soon as 'Forward into the past' is thought, Pinara's laughing, and thinking a song loud and clear over the network]
Oh, twelve, not more time travelling. I think I've quite had my fill of that!
no subject
I will have none of that Cruise Chaser chocoboshit in here Miss Pinara Conada! Some of us have work to do!
[Monx never pulled out Pinya's actual name unless Actually Irritated.]

Time travel shenanigans! Ah I miss the fun that was Alexandre
ENTER: SUSANO ;)
[She's laughing more than she has in a while]
I wonder what would happen if we tried to summon a Primal in liminal space? I wonder what we would need...

[Look, just because he puts up with the lot of you because you're amusing and usually useful doesn't mean he doesn't have some principles to adhere to.]
no subject
Like, could we? In this space? As it doesn't follow Hydaelyn's laws. I don't /want/ to, that would be absurd, but I want to know if its possible.
no subject
[The sarcasm is thick.]
Hydaelin's laws don't apply, but we exist in an environment that is highly responsive to the desires of the occupants, and is at minimum accessible by beings of presumably beyond-mortal nature. I'd like more proof that this space would still exist without their intervention...
...the limiter is a source of sufficient power, and access to the... the fundamental primal concept that exists in the lifestream. Hypothetically.

Do not call up what you cannot put down.
That includes things that a large mob of Travellers will be required to help you put down.

Pinya no.
[it's said with the tired finality of someone who has said that phrase a awful lot]
Listen to Nero, he's talking sense for once.
