Guys! Guys, there's a Titan here! I think it's a Titan? He's huge and naked and hanging crepe paper from the chandelier and I don't think he's noticed me yet.

I'm gonna try to fly up and stab him. Survey dudes, please give me back-up, he's fucking terrifying.

[OOC: Anyone who wants can handwave seeing Eren in Titan shifted form trying to help decorate the basket ballroom. Or even doing his shift. Sadly, Thorne missed the shift happening which is why this.]

I swear, I am going to teach classes one Liminal about how to pause and assess one's surroundings before going off half-cocked.

Learn from this, darling, please. Don't simply go off on instinct before you look at the situation. The mere existence of something, even a dangerous thing, is not always reason to panic.

It's my fault too. There's a big difference between a titan and a human in a titan's body. A titan, a real one, is a monster. All they care about is eating humans. [He's streaming his voice, and there's rage in it... As well as pain and loss.] There's no time to wait! You act, or you watch people die.

I really shouldn't have used my power like that without warning people. I just hadn't had a chance to try using it for anything like that before so I guess I got kind of excited. [More really excited.]

I understand, perhaps better than you know about dangerous things that must be acted upon quickly. However, there is never something so immediately dangerous that a moment to think is out of the question.

There is always time to listen to a warning, or take a moment to understand the situation.

If you say you understand, have you ever watched as people are killed in front of you one by one while you try and figure out what to do? If I'd acted immediately instead, maybe fewer people would have died. ...I can't be angry with Thorne for not wanting to take that risk.
