I wasn't thinking about following Dante's path until you said it, but I suppose now that I'm back to Traveling I can make myself play the responsible adult instead.

And anyway, he started in Hell and worked his way up to this point. Going backwards isn't something I like to do in general.

We're at this big tent city which is, like, one whole marketplace. There's a big old fire pit at the top that people are throwing dangerous magic shit into.

Now that I've got myself back online... the good news is the stakes are somewhat lower this time. The current distribution of decision-making shares in the Market could lead to a tie, so the land owner's considering granting another share. As far as I know there are no pieces of the Name being spirited around the place or anything. [So that's one less worry, at least.]

Between high Traveler turnover and the absence of the specific responsible party, we probably don't have to worry about anyone being called out for what happened last time. Most people who aren't Peregrines don't care, and they either want to thank or punch him depending on how they feel about their changed status, from what I know.

Gil here, still myself in like, the actual real way. If anyone wants hired muscle for something, hit me up I guess.
