That's a strange thing to ask you to make, when they could have asked for my help, or undertaken a quest for the Shacklebreaker left in the Dream. I wonder, are they looking to free someone from an unwanted bond, or exile someone who doesn't fall in line with the rest of the collective.

And honestly? Something that can break that kind of shit, I don't want to make. The last time I did something like that I got put in time-out for five thousand years.

...There are some checks on the original version, and so on the one I carry. It can break any chain, but anyone trying to override someone else's choices by shattering their willing bonds wouldn't be able to use it as anything but a very old gravitic weapon.
