Further inform everyone that of the 127 Conductors I surveyed, three are Synthetics. This is very strange given that Aratta is Bot City. Something about being a Synth makes them Insulated.

Something about being Conditioned also Insulates you, and I intend to seek out the Conditioned and learn anything I can that will help.
